Marshall H. Ginn, CFRE
Founder and Managing Director
Marshall is the founder and managing director of Capital Development Strategies LLC and has more than 20 years of experience working with nonprofits of all sizes. He is a member of the board of the AFP Foundation for Philanthropy and is actively involved with the Association of Philanthropic Counsel. In addition to his expertise in general development counsel and coaching, Marshall is a regular presenter on nonprofit management, board development and stewardship.
Pamela Clapp Larmee, CFRE
Senior Associate
Pam is the former Associate Vice President of Medical Center Advancement at The George Washington University and has more than 15 years of experience in all aspects of campaign planning and management, as well as individual giving and engagement. Prior to GWU, Pam was Director of Principal Gifts at Children’s National Medical Center during their $350 million campaign where she led the major and planned giving program and was a part of the senior management team.

Melissa McCracken
Client Services Associate
Melissa has been working with nonprofits in the Washington area since 1988, both as a senior staff member and as an independent consultant. During 10 years spent with the National Gallery of Art, she led the museum's foundation and corporate giving program for its $105 million capital campaign. Her broad experience includes proposal writing and grants management, program development, nonprofit management, board development, communications and marketing, and event planning.
Allison Erdle, MBA CFRE
Senior Associate and Special Project Advisor
Allison Erdle is a consultant who has provided fundraising and capital campaign leadership to a variety of nonprofits. Before moving to consulting, she served as Director of Corporate Partnerships and Development for the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF) in Washington, DC, an international development organization focused on Latin America. In that capacity she developed corporate partnership programs for multinational companies, facilitated disaster relief contributions and partnerships in the region for various community organizations, and strengthened partnerships with the American Chambers of Commerce in Latin America (AACCLA) and stateside Latin American communities, consuls and embassies.
Diane Berry Love
Senior Associate
Diane Berry Love is an Executive Coach and Consultant who provides services in fund development, board development, and institutional planning to the not-for-profit and for-profit communities. With over 20 years experience, Ms. Love’s expertise includes planning and managing all phases of capital and annual campaigns, corporate and foundation funding programs, association foundation fundraising programs, development audits, launching new development programs and strategic planning.
